About Lizbeth

Hi my name is Lizbeth and I wanted to share with you how hypnotherapy found me when life felt heavy and dark. I began my career in the healthcare field as an Emergency Medical Technician in Brooklyn, NY working with FDNY. My curiosity would lead me past my job requirements and I would kindly ask to know their stories, their openness to share with me their tragedies and stories opened up an intense desire to understand the mind. I pursued nursing and started my journey in critical care, where again I was met with stories of many loving people who dealt with unknown inner battles that where expressed through their outer reality. Once I became a mother I was determined to not just provide for my children but to nurture my children from a place of love and peace. I dealt with anger issues for many years until hypnotherapy found me and changed my life and trajectory. Life is ever unfolding before us through the lens filtered through our self-perception.

My mission is to help clients bring the subconscious to the conscious through the use of an ancient powerful tool known as hypnotherapy. Hypnosis has ancient roots, with practices similar to modern techniques found in temples of Egypt, Greece and India. We reconnect, reintegrate and reactivate your true essence by dismantling beliefs that do not serve your higher purpose and bring forth your true self in order to live in purpose and unlock your serenity. My commitment to support and guide you through this journey is centered in the passion to help people to not just live this lifetime accomplishing external accomplishments but rather powerfully thrive from your inner self rooted in your true essence of love and peace and create your external goals aligned with your purpose.
